Jim was born at North Battleford, SK and joined the RCAF in 1958. He served at various bases including Edmonton, Kingston and Alert. After leaving the forces in 1980 he worked in Red Deer in an electronics biomedical position at the hospital. Jim is a member of a number of clubs including the Moose and the Legion where he held many positions such as President, Service Officer and Sgt. At Arms. He has worked extensively in the Innisfail area contacting veterans in order to have their stories told. |
